How Care Works Here
1
You Reach Out
You submit a request with your name, and contact information.
2
We Connect
We contact you within one business day to answer questions, confirm insurance, and schedule your first appointment.
3
Care Begins
Your first visit is a full psychiatric evaluation. From there, we build a treatment plan together and adjust it as your needs change.
"You should not have to prove you're struggling. If you've been told it's stress, or hormones, or that you seem fine — you know how much that costs. Here, we start by believing you. Then we do the work to understand what's actually going on."

FAQs
Do I have to know what's wrong before I come in?
Not at all. Most people arrive with a feeling rather than a diagnosis. Something's been off for a while, and they can't quite name it. That's a completely normal place to start. Sorting out what's actually going on is our work, not something you need to have figured out before you walk in.
Do you evaluate and treat ADHD?
Yes. Children, teens, and adults. Many people reach adulthood without ever being assessed, especially those who did well in school or learned to compensate early. We do full evaluations and provide ongoing treatment when it fits.
Will I be put on medication?
Only if it makes sense for you, and only after we've talked through why, what to expect, and what we'll do if it isn't working. Medication is one option we might use. It's never the whole plan.
What if I've had a bad experience with a provider before?
Tell us. It changes how we approach your care. Knowing what didn't work and what it felt like, helps us to avoid repeating it.
