Our services
Blooming Arc Psychiatric Care provides thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan — children, adolescents, adults, and older adults — in person in Houston, Texas, and through secure telehealth in Texas, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Florida. Our services support patients seeking clarity, diagnosis, medication support, and ongoing care for a wide range of mental health concerns.
Psychiatric Evaluations
This is the first step in understanding what may be affecting your mood, focus, sleep, behavior, or overall mental health. During this visit, we review your symptoms, personal and family history, current medications, past treatment, and goals for care so we can create a thoughtful plan that fits your needs.
ADHD Evaluations & Treatment
We provide evaluation and treatment support for ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults. Care may focus on symptoms such as difficulty concentrating, impulsivity, forgetfulness, disorganization, restlessness, emotional reactivity, and challenges with follow-through at school, work, or home.
What We Treat
Depression · Generalized Anxiety · Panic Disorder · Bipolar Disorder · PTSD · ADHD · OCD · Autism-Related Concerns · Insomnia and Sleep Difficulties · Mood Dysregulation · Substance Use Disorder. Adjustment Disorders · Postpartum Depression · Grief and Life Transitions
Medication Management
We provide ongoing support for patients who may benefit from psychiatric medication. We carefully monitor how medications are working, review side effects, adjust treatment when needed, and support your progress over time with safety, education, and collaboration.
Autism-Related Psychiatric Support
Blooming Arc offers psychiatric support for patients with autism spectrum disorder and co-occurring mental health concerns. Care may include support for anxiety, mood symptoms, ADHD, sleep difficulties, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, and medication management when appropriate.

When You Come Here
You've probably explained yourself to someone who wasn't really listening. Answered the same questions and left with nothing that fit.
That's not what happens here.
Here, someone asks what your mornings actually look like. What you've stopped doing. What you're afraid to say out loud. And then sits with the answer long enough to understand it.
You are not a diagnosis to be managed. You are a person with a life worth getting back.
